Before dispatch we check the part number printed on the head and the variant you ordered, so what arrives is the model your printer needs. Heads are supplied as genuine original units. If you are not sure which variant fits your machine, send us your printer model and a photo of the head you are replacing, and we will identify it for you.

Packed for air freight, dispatched with tracking

Printheads are packed so they arrive as they left us — cushioned, moisture-protected and sealed.

Dispatched on the lead time we confirm with you, every shipment leaves with a tracking number you can follow to delivery. We handle the export paperwork ourselves and deliver by express to most destinations.
