SEIKO SPT1020 Series
Genuine Seiko SPT1020 printheads — the 1,020-nozzle, 35 pL grand-format head, built as two interleaved rows on one body. 1,020 nozzles cover a 71.9 mm swathe — 185 npi per row, 360 dpi native (up to 720 dpi effective) — firing fixed 35 pL drops at 6.46 / 8.29 kHz with a 4.2 m/s jetting speed. Oil, UV and solvent compatible, it delivers the dense, opaque laydown that banner, signage and grand-format graphics work demands.
Part number SN2535G0-2010. In effect the SPT1020 is two SPT510-35PL heads merged into a single casting, which is why it keeps the 510’s jetting reliability while doubling native resolution from 180 dpi to 360 dpi — a straight swap for production shops moving up without changing their ink system or workflow. Behind the plate sit an internal ink damper and filter for steady supply, a real-time temperature and voltage control module that adjusts the drive as the head warms, and the TICKLING function that shakes ink at the nozzles so they do not dry out between jobs. Its non-wetting nozzle plate and all-steel construction are built for long service intervals in industrial environments, and the head is normally paired with heating and negative-pressure ink delivery.
Commonly fitted to Infiniti / Challenger FY-3208GS and FY-3266 series, Icontek M5 / M7 and TW-3306 / TW-3308, Phaeton UD-3266 and CrystalJet S6306 platforms. Every head is 100% original, serial-numbered and QC tested — contact us for a free compatibility check and bulk pricing.
