Second-Hand XAAR Printheads

Tested second-hand XAAR printheads — 1003, 2001+ and 2002 series heads for ceramic tile, glass and wide-format UV presses, cleaned and jet-verified before dispatch.
XAAR silicon MEMS heads are the most widely fitted heads in ceramic decorators, so used stock moves fast. Every unit is inspected for nozzle condition, ink-channel cleanliness and electrical continuity, and the listing always states whether it is a ceramic (C) or UV (U) build — the two are not interchangeable in practice, so check the part number printed on the head.

Not sure which variant you need? The code on the head tells you: the number (502, 1002, 1003, 1201, 2001+, 2002) is the platform, GS6 / GS12 / GS40 is the drop-volume family, and the final letter is the ink chemistry — C for ceramic, U for UV.
