SEIKO SPT510 Series

Genuine Seiko SPT510 printheads — the 510-nozzle, 50 pL large-drop head that powered a generation of wide-format and industrial printers. 510 nozzles on a 141.1 µm (1/180 inch) pitch cover an approx. 71.8 mm swathe at 180 dpi native and up to 720 dpi interlaced, firing fixed 50 pL drops at 6–8 kHz. The robust piezo design handles oil-based, solvent and UV inks with the clog resistance that made the SPT510 an industry standard.
The SPT510 platform dates back to the mid-2000s and remains one of the most widely fitted heads in grand-format printing. Because it fires a fixed 50 pL drop rather than a greyscale drop, it is the right choice where dense, opaque laydown and bulletproof reliability matter more than the finest detail — exterior banners, backlit signage, vehicle wraps and large point-of-sale work. It shares the SII Printek 510 platform with the 35 pL variant, so the mechanical footprint and ink interface are the same across both.
Commonly fitted to Infiniti / Challenger FY-3208N/Q and FY-3278 series, Phaeton UD-3278, CrystalJet CJ-4000 / CJ-6000 and Xenons X5310 printers. The head measures 126.3 × 99.2 × 32.9 mm and weighs about 200 g, mounts downward, horizontally or vertically on X/Y/Z datum points, and takes an optional heater for viscosity control; 35 pL and 80 pL versions of the same 510 body are available, and SII still lists the platform in its current catalogue as the 510BN. Every head is 100% original, serial-numbered and QC tested before dispatch — contact us to confirm the 50 pL (IRH1513U) variant for your machine.
