SEIKO SPT1024 Series

Genuine Seiko SPT1024GS printheads — the 1,024-nozzle, 360 dpi platform for high-resolution digital textile, label and ceramic printing. 1,024 nozzles cover a 72.17 mm swathe at 360 npi with variable 7–35 pL greyscale drops in six steps (7 / 14 / 21 / 28 / 35 pL) at up to 30 kHz and a 7 m/s jetting velocity. Seiko builds the same hardware in ink-specific versions, and the suffix on the part number tells you which fluid family the head was set up for.
Choose the 1024 when you need higher native resolution than the 510 / 1020 generation in a compact 72 mm swathe. The six-level greyscale drop range is the other reason shops move to this head: instead of a fixed drop, the 1024GS varies drop size within a single pass, which smooths gradients and reduces the banding that fixed-drop heads show on photographic and textile work. Every nozzle is driven independently, so all 1,024 can fire at once at high frequency, and ink channel diversion technology keeps supply fast and even along the array. An onboard EPROM stores head-specific calibration, so a replacement head drops into an existing print bar without a full recalibration run.
Every head is 100% original, serial-numbered and QC tested before dispatch — contact us with your printer model and ink type so we can supply the correct variant.
