DIMATIX printheads for industrial inkjet and ceramic decoration. We supply the FUJIFILM Dimatix StarFire SG1024 series in SC, MC, LC, HFL, SA2C and MA2C variants, plus the Polaris PQ-512 series in 15, 35 and 85 pL versions. The variants look similar and are not interchangeable, so the code on the head decides what fits: 1024 is the number of addressable jets, the first letter sets the drop size class and the second letter the ink family – A-Series for solvent, UV and aqueous inks, C-Series for ceramic inks. Tell us your printer model and the reference on your current head and we will confirm the right variant.
