Overview
The Seiko RC1536M is the medium-drop (M) variant of the RC1536 recirculation family. Its 13–150 pL drop range at up to 10 grey levels delivers finer image detail and smoother gradation than the large-drop RC1536L while keeping the same 1536-nozzle, 108.3 mm swath and full nozzle-level recirculation. This listing is the ICA1536T20-1N01 revision supplied with a metal mounting base — the same head family used in EFI Cretaprint, KINGTAU and other ceramic single-pass printers.

What is the difference between RC1536M and RC1536L?
The M variant jets 13–150 pL drops (1,500 µL/s, 60 g/m²) optimised for detail; the L variant jets 25–225 pL (2,477 µL/s, 85 g/m²) for heavy coverage such as whites and glazes. Confirm your machine’s waveform config before switching.
Which inks does the RC1536M support?
The ICA1536T20 (this head) is configured for UV, solvent and oil-based inks. For water-based inks use ICA1536A20. Ink viscosity range and waveform must be validated with your ink supplier.
Is this compatible with my EFI Cretaprint printer?
RC1536-family heads (both ICA and ICB versions) are used in EFI Cretaprint and many Chinese ceramic single-pass printers. Send us your printer model and current head part number and we will confirm fitment free of charge.
