Overview
The RCH1536L (ICB1536T0L) takes the proven RC1536L architecture — 1536 nozzles, 108.3 mm swath, 25–225 pL drops, full recirculation — and adds a stainless metal nozzle plate for harsh ceramic and UV production environments. Because the electronic interface and plumbing are unchanged, it swaps directly into any print bar designed for the RC1536, upgrading durability without any machine modification.

What is the difference between RCH1536L and RC1536L?
Identical jetting performance (1536 nozzles, 108.3 mm, 25–225 pL, 37 kHz). The RCH version features a stainless metal nozzle plate instead of the standard polymer plate, giving better resistance to abrasion and cleaning in heavy-duty ceramic/UV production.
Can I use the RCH1536L to replace an RC1536L?
Yes. Seiko designed the RCH series with the same electronic interface and plumbing as the RC1536, so it is a drop-in replacement in both directions.
Which inks are supported?
This ICB1536T0L version is configured for oil-based and UV inks. Verify waveform and ink formulation with your ink supplier; aqueous variants of the RCH series exist for water-based systems.
