StarFire SG1024 Series

Genuine Fujifilm Dimatix StarFire SG1024 printheads — the 1,024-jet workhorse of the Dimatix industrial range. 1,024 individually addressable jets cover a 64.96 mm (2.55 in) print width at 400 dpi native resolution (200 dpi in two-colour configuration), with VersaDrop™ binary and greyscale jetting and RediJet® continuous ink recirculation past the nozzles. Across the family drop sizes run from 6 pL to 200 pL (SA / SC 12/33 pL, MA / MC 30/80 pL, LA / LC 80/200 pL), so one platform covers fine-detail graphics through to heavy ceramic laydown, on a replaceable metal nozzle plate built for high-heat, high-abrasion production. Firing frequency follows the drop size: 50 kHz on the XSA, SA and SC, 30 kHz on the MA and MC, 20 kHz on the LA and LC — enough for line speeds beyond 190 m/min at 400 dpi.
The range spans the MA, MC, SA, SC, LA and LC single-channel heads, the twin-channel recirculating MA2C, SA2C and LA2C versions, the high-flow MCHF / LCHF versions (stocked as MCFL and HFL) for glazes that need more circulation, NWC with a non-wetting coated nozzle face for difficult inks, XSA / XSC (6/20 pL) for aqueous, solvent and UV ink sets, and the L3F — an 80/200 pL variant built to resist the aggressive fluids used in sand casting and metal sintering. All are compatible with UV-curable, organic-solvent and aqueous inks at 8–20 cP and hold ink at up to 50 °C, and each carries 64-byte rewritable non-volatile memory so head data travels with the printhead.
They are widely fitted to grand-format UV flatbed and roll-to-roll platforms, digital ceramic tile lines, textile presses and single-pass industrial systems. Every head is 100% original, serial-numbered and QC tested — contact us with your printer model and ink set and we confirm the correct suffix for free, or browse the full Dimatix printhead range.
