StarFire SG600 Series

Genuine Fujifilm Dimatix StarFire SG600 printheads — the compact 600 dpi member of the StarFire family. 1,536 individually addressable jets on a single replaceable metal nozzle plate cover a 64.98 mm swathe at 600 dpi native resolution (300 dpi in two-colour configuration), with 12–33 pL VersaDrop™ binary and greyscale drops up to 50 kHz — more than 120 m/min at 600 dpi. RediJet® dual-port recirculation keeps ink moving through the chambers and across the nozzles, so the head primes fast and stays production-ready with minimal maintenance and ink waste.
Single-colour operation, a repairable cover-to-collar construction and a removable metal nozzle plate make the SG600 a practical fit for OEM single-pass and scan-mode systems as well as retrofits. It runs aqueous, UV-curable and solvent-based ceramic inks plus maintenance fluids, and is widely used for digital ceramic tile and porcelain slab decoration, textile and flag printing, functional and decorative glass, wide-format graphics, narrow-web labels and folding cartons and industrial coatings. Inks sit comfortably at 8–20 cP (10–14 cP for highest productivity), the head holds temperature up to 50 °C, and 64-byte rewritable memory keeps head data on the unit; on the C-Series, ink laydown reaches 20 g/m² per minute for ceramic decoration.
Interfaces are simple: one DE15 connector for heater and fire pulse, USB 3.0 Type A for data, and two Luer fluid ports with an internal heater/thermistor good to 50 °C. We stock the SG600 SC (Part No. 2100318885) — contact us for other A-Series and C-Series variants.
