Tested second-hand SEIKO (SII Printek) printheads — RC1536 recirculating heads for solvent, UV and ceramic single-pass presses.
The RC1536 family (RC1536L, RC1536M and RC1536A) is a 1,536-nozzle head with a 108.3 mm print width, native 360 npi and up to 10 grey levels, widely used on ceramic decorators, corrugated presses and label lines. The through-channel recirculation design tolerates cleaning and re-use far better than a non-recirculating head, which is exactly why refurbished units hold their value.
