The Xaar 1003 GS12C (P/N XP10100157) is the best-selling ceramic variant of the Xaar 1003 family — the successor to the proven Xaar 1002 GS12C. Its 1,000 nozzles deliver 12–84 pL greyscale drops for high laydown and strong colour at production speed, while the XaarGuard™ nozzle plate and TF Technology® ink recirculation dramatically reduce maintenance in heavily pigmented glaze environments. As a fully backward-compatible upgrade for Xaar 1001C and 1002C print bars, it is the natural choice for ceramic tile plants replacing ageing bars or increasing print quality.

What is the difference between the Xaar 1003 GS12C and GS12U?
Both have 1,000 nozzles and a 12–84 pL range. The GS12C is the ceramic variant calibrated and approved specifically for oil-based ceramic inks, while the GS12U is the universal variant for solvent, UV and oil-based inks in non-ceramic applications. The variants are not interchangeable.
Can the 1003 GS12C replace my Xaar 1002 GS12C?
