Overview
The RC1536M is the metal-base build of Seiko’s RC1536 recirculating platform: 1,536 nozzles in four rows, 108.3 mm of swathe and a wide 13–150 pL greyscale range driven at up to 37 kHz. Through-channel recirculation keeps loaded UV and solvent inks stable on long single-pass runs, which is why the RC1536 family is a fixture on ceramic decorators and industrial presses — and why tested used units hold their value.
Condition & Testing
Flushed with the correct cleaning fluid for the ink family it ran, then jet-tested and electrically verified on our rig. Nozzle-out condition, grey-level stepping and recirculation flow are all checked before the head is packed in anti-static packaging.
